Reservations & Cancellation Policies

Full payment in advance is required for a one-night reservation. A 50% deposit is required on all reservations of two nights or more. Balance is due upon arrival. Please make note: We accept cash or check only. Checks payable to Christy Marotz. Please mail checks to: 2088 Spring Street, Hamilton NY 13346. All room rates subject to applicable taxes of 12%.

Reservations cancelled at least 14 days in advance (30 days for priority dates*) will be refunded within 30 days minus a $50.00 processing fee.

*Priority dates: Colgate Family Weekend, Graduation, Homecoming, August Drop-Off, May Pick-Up, and Colgate Reunion require full payment to confirm.
